Osetra Karat Black Caviar comes from one of the oldest & world-famous aqua farms in Israel- Karat. Decades ago, fish was brought from the Caspian Sea and was raised in pure crystal water coming from melting snow in the mountains at the source of the Jordan river in Israel.

Our Caviar is harvested in the traditional method by cutting fish, raw eggs only, non pasteurized, and no preservatives.
