Refund and Exchange Policy
We hope you will be delighted with Bester Caviar products. All product is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected same day upon arrival. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue, return it within 24 hours for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the products . Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped same or next day (Monday through Thursday).

You must request a label from us and pack caviar on ice.
Please consult with our customer support before mailing product back.
You must submit proof of damaged goods and contact customer support immediately +18135109892 or inna@besterusa.com. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned with the original packaging. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. Refunds will not be made to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. We will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. If product was damaged or spoiled due to shipping or production we will fully refund your credit/debit card within 24 hours after receiving product back from you or will offer you an exchange.
We cannot provide refunds if for some personal reasons you didn't like the product or had different expectations.
We cannot provide refunds if you didn't contact us within 24 hours after your product was delivered.
We cannot provide refunds if you didn't send pictures with proof of defective product to our customer support inna@besterusa.com or +18135109892.
We are not liable for spoiled product if you stored it incorrectly.
Caviar must be refrigerated at 23-36F in order to stay fresh. DO NOT FREEZE caviar. We are not liable for for product if request was submitted after 24hours since caviar is a perishable product.
