All perishable items are stored at the lowest temperature without freezing it to ensure its freshness and highest quality. Our innovative packaging system keeps perishable products fresh for 48 hours transit time. All perishable products are delivered in 24 hours packed in styrofoam coolers with frozen gel packs via UPS Overnight. You will receive a tracking number once the product is shipped. Your shipping is monitored by our team all the way to your doorstep! In case of hazardous weather conditions all packages are stored in a refrigerated facility at UPS hub, you can always contact our customer support with any questions regarding shipping.

Open tin stays fresh for 5 days.Closed tin stays fresh for 6-8 weeks refrigerated.

Put caviar in the lowest part of your refrigerator on the lowest settings 28-36F. We don’t advise freezing caviar. After freezing, caviar loses the right texture and flavor.

You can use a table-knife, spoon, a tin opener or even a coin. Any metal object with a thin end will do it. Insert it horizontally between the lip of the lid and the threading of the base and apply light pressure.

Traditionally caviar is served on toasted breads or with blinis (mini pancakes) and creme fraiche as well as chopped onions, crumbled hard-boiled eggs, caviar pairs well with champagne or vodka.

Yes, we provide same day complimentary hand delivery in Miami, for cities near Miami there is 50$ same day delivery fee.We always provide a photo proof of delivered product.

We deliver packages Tuesday- Friday. We provide Saturday delivery if requested by a customer. Overnight shipping is closed on weekends and National Holidays : New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
