Bester Caviar is owned by a young female entrepreneur, Inna Polutska. Having immigrated from Ukraine 10 years ago, she now brings traditional sturgeon caviar to the American market — a product that was a familiar part of her childhood. Back then, caviar in her home country was far more accessible and enjoyed not only for its exceptional taste, but also for its health benefits. Today, Bester’s founder is sourcing and bringing that same authentic, delicious black caviar to the U.S. at a more accessible price, without compromising on quality.
